Top Brands
Mile 26 and Future Track are now part of the same family.
In 2019 Future Track owner Bill Duley was ready to "semi-retire" and sold the shop to Josh and Jen Spiker. Bill was a legendary Coach and Shoe Fitter and helped to build a strong Conejo Valley Running Community.
Future Track's sister store is Mile 26 in Ventura. It is our belief at both locations that movement is the key to a healthy and happy life and through training and properly fitted footwear we can help. We hope to see you at one of our locations soon.

Colson is our store manager and a big part of the local running community. He grew up in Grenada West Indies before moving to New York when he was 15. Colson started running on the island in road races and joined the track team in high school during the indoor season. Colson is also the the Director of Track and Field and Cross Country at El Camino High School in Woodland Hills.

Michelle is passionate about all things running especially when it comes to creating an awesome running event. She is the race director for Race Fox Events (Mile 26 and Future Track's partner company) where she helps produce about 12 events a year. An avid runner and triathlete as well she has completed several Half Marathons, the Avenue of the Giants Full Marathon and several Half IronMan Races. Aside from running her other greatest passion is petting all of the puppies and getting out into the forest any chance she gets.

Mile 26 Running Co was founded in 2015 by Josh Spiker. Josh was born and raised in Ventura and started running when he was six years old with the Ventura Tigres Youth Track & Field Club. He went on to Ventura High School where he was a State Champion and was a high school All American. After graduating from Ventura he went to the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Badgers) where was an All-American in both cross country and track. After 25 years of competing Josh now runs for fun and for sanity while coaching others who wish to compete at their highest levels.

Jen is the head of Graphic and Store Design for both locations and with our race directing business Race Fox Events. She wears a lot of different hats and is also a fine art painter and art teacher for kids and adults in Ventura. Jen has been running since college, but didn't find the passion for racing until she met Josh in 2009, since then she has finished several Half Marathons, 2 Full Marathons, 1 Full IronMan and several Half IronMan races (by far her favorite distance event). When she is not busy with work she loves playing with her 3 pups and exploring the wild outdoors.

As a running enthusiast, Garrett began his running career at Balboa Middle School in Ventura, CA. He has since competed as a Ventura High School Cougar and an NCAA athlete in Cross Country and Track as a UCLA Bruin, where he was an All-State runner in high school and an All-Region runner in college. Garrett has been a part of the Mile 26 and Future Track Running Company team for 5 years, with a passion for shoes, physiology, and all things running. Garrett is also the social media director and a shoe expert at Mile 26 and Future Track- he is here to help find the shoe perfect to make your feet happy.

Ethan has been running since 2005 where he began as a gremlin with the Newbury Park Youth Track Club. He just graduated from Thousand Oaks High and ran with their Cross Country and Track and field all four years. He is currently working towards his BA in Global Economics at UC Santa Cruz while working at Future Track.
